After reading reviews (Good and bad), the very reasonable price and offer of free whitening powder, I decided to give it a go.
Delivery-prompt and product arrived the following day-as expected.
Product-there is no miracle cure for staining and plaque, but a noticeable difference to my bottom, front teeth was apparent after the first use of remover and on the strong setting (these are the only teeth that seem to be effected, after previously being a smoker and currently still a lover of coffee) now and only after using 4 times, over the course of 10 days, my teeth are almost clear of staining and plaque. I can't say that I have noticed any difference to the whitening of my teeth (they're weren't/aren't bad in the first instance), but the device to remove plaque and staining gets a five star rating from me.

Great product, teeth look fantastic after using whitening gel and toothpaste. Customer service rubbish still waiting for reply two weeks later. Paid for next day delivery didn’t receive for over aweek. Didn’t despatched for 5 days.

They're only getting two stars because the whitening powder is actually decent. Sadly I've had the kit less than a week and the device no longer works. It feels so cheap and it's not powerful enough for a decent clean. Do not waste your money, I've bought much better quality from cheap amazon brands. I want a refund ASAP. I had to wait forever for the device and no way would I bother with a replacement. Annoying though as loved the concept of it, with the extra tools etc. Sadly they cheaped out big time with the manufacturing and design of it.

The terrible service I received from Smirk definitely didn't make me smile. It seems they prefer to insult potential customers rather than honour their advertised offers: "No Andy, you had a specific advert, on a particular ad, if you prefer to pay more that is your choice, you have both options, no idea why you think the previous reply giving you facts was a not good reply. , straightforward answer."

Terrible products, complete waste of money.
Really not happy with the quality of the ultrasonic tooth cleaner, its absolutely useless and does nothing! I have been trying for weeks now with no results. The item itself feels very cheap. I just wish I could return it.
The tooth whitening powder is also useless, it makes my teeth white for a few hours before they go back to normal and this is probably only because of the colour of the powder. Despite it being advertised as safe and gentle, my gums are that sore since using it a few times that my jaw aches from the pain and I didn't even brush my gums with it. I would not recommend at all.

I'm actually shocked at how good this product is.
To be honest I didn't believe the reviews I'd seen (i really thought they were fake reviews as I'd found in some other company's) but with my wedding just around the corner and my bottom front teeth having serious amounts of plaque build up I decided to try it. The sonic plaque remover was actually amazing. It removed 70% of the build up in the first attempt and 100% over the following 2 weeks. I also recieved the whitening toothpaste which isn't like a miracle whitener but i can definitely see a difference in the colour of my teeth so far.

After all the trustpilot reviews I was questionable about getting the scaler and powder offer, although it doesn’t work like the adverts, it really does work! Absolutely saved me before my wedding, saved me a lot getting a private hygienist service (given I couldn’t get in with one anyway)

Wasn’t going to leave a trustpilot but given I’d read the bad ones after I was considering purchasing I thought I’d leave one as it worked for me 👍

I have to say I was dubious whether this product would live up to its claims but it 100% does.
after not being able to get in with a hygienist and a private one costing 150.00 I tried the ultrasonic cleaner.
stains on the back of my bottom teeth 90% better and teeth and gums just look healthier overall.

Don’t be put off by the odd bad reviews, this does what it says!

First toothbrush stopped working after 2 weeks. It looked burnt out around the torch area of the brush. Smirk were responsive to my email and sent out a replacement promptly. After 7 days of use the replacement brush stopped working too. Again looked burnt out around the torch area of the brush. Doesn’t seem any point asking for yet another replacement! My advice would be don’t buy.

Great price, super quick delivery, even my dentist commented on how much better my teeth were looking and my gums have been the best they have been in years, I have already recommended this product to family and friends

Absolute rubbish!!

Cheap material and arrived with a piece missing. Asked for a refund to receive an email saying you have to use for a while and no offer of a refund. I can tell this product will not work. I have used several times with zero effect. I asked for a refund again now they are ignoring me!

Avoid!!

Update: the company flagged my review as not a genuine purchase hahaha unfortunately for them i have the proof of purchase which i have sent to trust pilot. Scammers! And still no help with sending back for a refund.

When buying Online, I look for outstanding Customer Services. And Smirk did not disappoint. Excellent after care and ethos. So you can buy with confidence knowing you will receive all the good advice and any follow up questions you may have.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and I am very impressed. It’s removed a lot of the plaque that I’ve had behind my lower teeth for a long time. I also had a free whitening powder included which has taken off a lot of the coffee staining that I’ve had for years. I did see some negative reviews but i haven’t had an issue?
I have spoken to smirk as I needed a new charger as I lost mine and they sent me one free of charge!

Wow what can I say! I have tried whitening products before which haven’t really helped but I didn’t realise I was trying whiten plaque that wasn’t stuck on my teeth. The tooth cleaner hasn’t taken most of it off but I’ve still got a little way to go. Really impressed though with my initial results. I keep using and update.
